Greetings from Bit of Broadway!

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce Little Bit of Broadway classes at Bluebonnet, Heritage, Wellington, and Flower Mound Elementary are cancelled for the fall semester.  The week school started for students, LISD added new insurance requirements for all after school vendors.  Most vendors have struggled to meet the requirements.  We sincerely apologize for the short notice.  We delayed to make the final decision until Friday the 16th because we were waiting on two more quotes from different insurance companies.  Neither company was able to meet the requirements we needed.

We have also made the very difficult decision to cancel class at Flower Mound United Methodist Church for the fall.  They are still working on the water damage mitigation and may not be finished in October.  They had recommended we look for another facility to hold our class.  We do not feel we would be able to find a quality space at this time.  We sincerely apologize for the short notice and thank you for your understanding.

It has been an absolute privilege, honor, and joy to serve the LISD schools and community for the last 16 years.  We will keep you posted on classes for the spring.  We would love to continue classes and camps in the summer if there is interest!

LBoB registration is open for fall classes and we have much to offer!  We are so excited to be invited back at four schools again!  Our fall session is 10 classes.  We hope you can join us!  Some of our classes sold out in the spring so register now to reserve your space.  Fall session begins the week of September 19th.  We hope to see you there!

Our Summer dates have been approved and we are full speed ahead for summer!  It will be here before you know it.  We are extending our discount opportunity until the end of May!  Sign up before May 31st and get the full discounted price; $195 for the performance camps and $295 for the All Day, Everything Theatre camp.  We hope you can attend one or more of our fun filled camps!  If you recommend us to someone new and they register, let us know.  We will give you an additional $10 refund!

Our camp dates are as follows:

Musical Performance Camp:

Rats! June 27-July 1 (Monday-Friday), 8:30am-12:30pm.  Performance will be at 5 and 6 on Thursday, June 30th.

All Things Theatre Discovery Workshop Camp:

August 1-5 (Monday-Friday), 8:30am-3:30pm.  All day theatre discovery camp.  There is no official performance for this camp.  Mini performances happen throughout the camp and are posted on Facebook for parents to view at home.

Both camps will be held at Flower Mound United Methodist Church.  We hope to see you there!  Registration is ready now.  Camps will fill up fast so we recommend registering early!  If you sign up and pay before May 31st, you get an automatic $25 off every camp!  Space is limited so sign up now!

Can’t make it to one of these locations?  We will also hold our drama enrichment class on Tuesday evenings at Flower Mound United Methodist Church from 5:15-6:20.  (**Masks are required at FMUMC.  Masks are requested at all school locations.)  Classes will begin the week of September 20th.
